I purchased a 30×40 steel building kit from Kemmco Sales 7 years ago for my business and I have been extremely happy with the quality of the structure. The bolt-together construction was easy to assemble and did not require any heavy equipment or special tools to erect. We did have a few questions during the construction process and Kemmco always there for assistance and was very knowledgeable of their product. I was also happy to discover that my building was made and manufactured here in Pittsburgh and that they use only US commercial steel. The building has served us well and I know that it will last many more years to come. I would recommend Kemmco Steel Buildings to anyone looking for a quality DIY building kit at a reasonable price.
Highly recommend this company! I had purchased shelving and rivet racking for my home business and when I found out that Kemmco also offers metal building components in their product line, I decided to order some standing seem roof panels as I was in the market for a metal roof on my house. Their pricing was competitive with other quotes and the material and warranties they offer was superior to other suppliers. Jeff was great to work with and he made sure that I had all the necessary fasteners and trim to complete my project. I will be looking to build a small garage/workshop next summer and look forward to working with Kemmco on designing a building that will fit our needs.

My experience with this company has been great. I was looking to build a two-car garage and was referred to Kemmco by a friend who had purchased a building earlier this year. We live near the coast and did not want to construct a tubular building as we have seen many of those structures fail due to high velocity winds. I worked with their steel building specialist, and we designed a rigid I-Frame building that was rated for 165+ mph winds. The structure was FL product approved for hurricane zones and included all the necessary drawings and engineering for permitting. The building kit itself was a simple bolt-together construction and did not require any special tools or machinery to erect. We did have a few questions during construction and Kemmco was very knowledgeable of their product and provided great customer service even after the sale. I am happy with my building purchase.
