Mike Kustra

Mike, the CEO and President of Kemmco Sales, has been at the helm since 2012, though his journey with the company began much earlier. Named after his siblings as part of the company’s unique origin story—K for Kelly, E for Eddie, M for Mandy, and M for Mike—he started working with Kemmco Sales in 2000, initially from the basement and garage of his family home. With a determination to support himself, Mike also worked at Beer Arena in Murrysville, eventually purchasing the business in 2010. Balancing both jobs and working 70 to 80 hours (about 7 days) a week, he demonstrated remarkable dedication. In 2012, Mike bought Kemmco Sales from his father, relocating the business to the space above Beer Arena. After selling Beer Arena in 2014, he moved Kemmco Sales back to a basement—this time in his own home—until the company could afford a new facility. Today, Kemmco Sales operates from a 6-acre site on Route 22 in Blairsville, PA. In his free time, Mike is known for his generosity, often helping friends with home repairs and car troubles. He also enjoys BBQing, smoking meat, fishing, and bow hunting.
